Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and patient interviews
• Maintain up-to-date patient/resident documentation and records
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Deliver educational presentations and training sessions to staff




• Participate in program evaluation and research initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work and registration with BC College
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse healthcare professionals
• Capacity to manage conflict and lead group discussions
• Enthusiastic about teaching and supervising social work students
