SOURCES is in search of a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its dedicated team in providing consultations and support to clients. In this role, you will conduct various assessments, coordinate intervention plans, and directly assist in implementing positive behavior strategies. Applicants must have either obtained or be pursuing BCBA certification and possess a class 5 driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct multiple forms of assessments for clients
• Develop and oversee intervention strategies




• Advocate for clients within their service teams
• Document and analyze clinical treatment data
• Collaborate with caregivers for effective client management

Requirements:
• Certified as a BCBA or currently enrolled in a Master's program
• Minimum two years of assessment experience
• Relevant Master's degree
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
