We are in search of an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract at Dawn InfoTek. You will focus on extensive requirements gathering and will participate in Agile ceremonies to support the development process. Your solid leadership experience will help streamline communications and ensure all business needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Participate in daily Agile ceremonies with teams
• Create user stories and use cases for development needs




• Document findings and decisions in JIRA and Confluence
• Advocate for alignment between business and IT teams

Requirements:
• 7+ years in Business Analysis, ideally in FI
• 2+ years with credit card applications
• 3+ years in Agile environments using JIRA/Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovation
