Hair Assistant/Receptionist – Join Our Team!

Location: Angora Studio, Toronto, ON

We’re a small, welcoming salon studio looking for a friendly and reliable Hair Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. If you’ve been to hair school or have salon experience, and you love helping people feel their best, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing:

- Shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services
- Assisting colourist & stylists with colour, cutting, and styling services
- Preparing and resetting stations between clients
- Keeping the salon clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day
- Restocking products, supplies, and tools as needed
- Welcoming clients and helping create a warm, comfortable experience
- Answering phone calls and responding to basic client inquiries
- Helping clients book, reschedule, and manage appointments
- Assisting with client checkout and other front-desk tasks




- Pitching in with general salon tasks to keep the day running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

- Hair school training or salon experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
- A team player who enjoys working in a creative space
