Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products while continuously improving team performance and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives . Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and delivery goals. Coach teams and stakeholders on
Agile/Scrum principles and best practices . Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog . Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics. Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective cross-functional communication.
Work with stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency and timely delivery. Must Have
8+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of
Scrum and Agile methodologies . Experience with
JIRA and Confluence . Solid facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across cross-functional teams. Preferred
CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certification . Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology environments.
