Challenger is looking for a Licensed Truck Mechanic (310T) or an Experienced Apprentice for a full time position in its Maintenance Department. The role involves performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on our diverse fleet, ensuring operational excellence. You will contribute directly to enhancing the safety and reliability of our transportation services, making a lasting impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
• Complete inspections as mandated by transport regulations




• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Organize the maintenance shop and ensure safety protocols
• Attend shift meetings and participate in training

Requirements:
• 310T Certification from Ontario or similar qualification
• Prior experience in a technician role preferred
• A valid G-class driver’s license is mandatory
• Proficiency in working with air brakes and diagnostics
• Must have or plan to acquire necessary tools
