The Maintenance Technician will oversee maintenance requests and conduct necessary repairs, focusing on vacant suites and emergency situations. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Customer Care Team and ensuring all work is completed to standard while promoting excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle maintenance requests promptly within 72 hours
• Conduct on-call emergency maintenance as needed
• Perform maintenance on vacant suites to high standards
• Coordinate inspections with the Customer Care Team
• Assist with snow removal and other site tasks as necessary

Requirements:
• 2 years of maintenance service experience preferred
• Own tools as per the provided list
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required
