As a full time Mechanical Technician, you will play a core role in minimizing non-value added activities while enhancing quality and productivity. Collaborate closely with Production Technical Coordinators to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve service issues efficiently. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior mechanics in troubleshooting and machinery repair, ensuring compliance with CGMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Production Technical Coordinators on maintenance activities
• Resolve technical service issues with various internal stakeholders




• Mentor junior mechanics in machine troubleshooting and repair
• Ensure compliance with CGMP, SOPs, and safety standards
• Stay updated on equipment advances and company policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in mechanical roles in pharmaceuticals or consumer goods
• Licensed in a relevant technical trade
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and available for any shift
