As a Service Delivery Analyst for CBTCS E2 Services, you will ensure that delivery services align with engineering team requirements and performance standards. You'll need 3 to 5 years of experience and a background in engineering or related fields to succeed. Your contributions will improve service operations and enhance collaboration among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure CBTCS E2 services delivery meets service level agreements
• Define and support adoption of CBTC services across teams
• Oversee incident and request ticket management




• Manage communications for service incidents and planned changes
• Address service blockers by coordinating CI/CD support

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of service delivery or platform management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Computer Science
• Preferred ITIL or PMP certifications
• Familiarity with service management tools like Jira
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities

Lead service improvements and ensure operational stability with Hitachi Rail's dynamic engineering team.
