TELUS Health is on the lookout for an Entry Level Actuarial Analyst to join its team. In this role, you will utilize your analytical mindset to conduct pension plan valuations, analyze financial health, and collaborate with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed valuations of pension plans regularly
• Calculate pension benefits according to established rules
• Support plan sponsors in determining contribution levels
• Help design and refine pension plans effectively
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and actuarial principles
Requirements:
• Education in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a similar field
• At least 2 passed exams from SOA or CIA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
