We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our patient care team, responsible for delivering direct care to medical/surgical patients. The ideal candidate will have a valid CA RN license, experience in Medical/Surgical care, or be a new graduate ready to grow. As part of your role, you will communicate effectively, coordinate care among team members, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide thorough assessments for medical/surgical patients
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans




• Educate patients and their families about care plans
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care delivery
• Maintain effective communication throughout the care process

Requirements:
• Valid CA RN license in positive standing
• Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, Empower experience preferred
