By collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, you will analyze employee transactions and address challenges while ensuring data integrity across systems. Your experience configuring Workday will drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Workday Payroll and Absence modules according to requirements
• Address business process challenges with cross-functional collaboration
• Evaluate system changes and their downstream impacts
• Prepare technical documents and participate in Change Advisory Board
• Analyze ServiceNow tickets and implement sustainable solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or similar
• 5 years of Workday module configuration experience
• Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills
• Workday certification is beneficial
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication ability
