and employee training and development programs are just a few ways we’re dedicated to your development**Minimum Requirements:*** 5-8 years related work experience with degree or equivalent combination of 3 years of leadership and management related experience (formal or informal)* Post-secondary business or supply chain management or journeyman parts ticket with experience in warehouse / inventory management* Advanced knowledge and understanding of materials management processes and procedures* Experience working in oil and gas industry is an asset* Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving recordDon’t have all the qualifications listed? We acknowledge the value of transferable skills.**Key Accountabilities:*** Lead and support warehouse personnel and third-party service providers to ensure safe and efficient operations* Oversee warehouse, inventory management, and material fulfillment activities while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations* Monitor operational performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Resolve receiving issues, including discrepancies, damaged materials, and delivery accuracy concerns* Ensure effective material handling and maintain the care, custody, and control of inventory at all times* Partner with stakeholders and service providers to remove barriers, improve performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities* Support operational discipline by addressing complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and assisting with training and implementation of new initiatives* Maintain a visible presence in the field, foster employee engagement, and participate in emergency response and cross-functional problem-solving activities**Location & other key details*** This is an office-based role.
