As part of the Laboratory Services team, you will report to the Laboratory Manager and utilize your knowledge of medical laboratory principles. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic testing and reporting efficiently
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform troubleshooting
• Carry out routine analyses and phlebotomy tasks
• Keep thorough records of all laboratory procedures
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
• Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist certification
• Membership in the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science
• Recent experience in an accredited medical lab
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Valid class 5 driver’s license necessary
