Take on a pivotal role as an Investigative Records Administrator with ASIRT in Calgary or Edmonton. This full time position is dedicated to overseeing the integrity and security of investigative documentation.
In this position, you will play a central role in managing investigative records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. You will assist investigators by maintaining records, auditing files for disclosure readiness, and liaising with various law enforcement and legal agencies. Your ability to handle confidential information with professionalism is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize investigative records and maintain exhibit security
• Audit records for accuracy and legislative compliance
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal representatives
• Prepare records for disclosure and redaction processes
• Provide first-line technical support for investigative tools
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Management or related field
• Demonstrated experience in records and information management
• Familiarity with privacy, access, and disclosure laws
• Experience with X-Fire or comparable systems
• Background in law enforcement or investigative operations
Support investigative processes and ensure transparency as part of the ASIRT team in Alberta.
