Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct OCNA & VCSA Certification Training
• Set up technical training equipment and troubleshoot
• Collaborate with internal teams for training curriculum updates
• Assist during key partner and trade events
• Gather partner insights and generate post-training analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or engineering
• Experience in training or instructional roles
