Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong relationships through visibility in the hotel
• Address employee relations and workplace concerns
• Train leaders to build inclusive and high-performing teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in a hospitality HR role
• Knowledge of BC employment laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in communication and trust-building
• Solution-oriented with excellent organizational skills
