As a Therapy Aide at Carewest, you will play a critical role in the daily lives of residents at the Colonel Belcher location. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ADLs and leading engaging activities that foster social connections and physical activity. The emphasis is on compassionate care and teamwork within a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Instruct craft classes and assist in social activities
• Organize and lead group exercises and games
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care staff
• Complete other related duties as required

Requirements:
• High school graduation necessary
• Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification needed
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings preferred
• Geriatric experience is considered an asset
• Relevant training in programs or activities beneficial
