This position is essential to the Plant Manager, providing key support in coordinating daily activities and labor schedules. You will liaise among Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Administration to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency in the manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules efficiently
• Collaborate with supervisors on operational coverage and priorities
• Maintain documentation for food safety compliance audits




• Serve as EHS point of contact and coordinate inspections
• Support workforce training and ensure certifications are current

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Operations Management or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with food compliance, including SQF standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
