This 12-hour shift role operates on a 7-on, 7-off rotation, allowing for intensive engagement with customers and team building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist branch leadership with daily operational duties
• Provide training and coaching to enhance team skills




• Manage after-hours customer requests
• Conduct safety observations for team compliance
• Support customer efforts with in office training

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant sales and service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong aptitude for customer service
• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
