AgeCare is hiring an Executive Director to supervise the operations of a Long-Term Care residence. You will be responsible for creating a safe, warm environment for residents, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with standards of quality care and programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall care operations and resident wellbeing
• Develop efficient processes for admissions and discharges

Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in health or social services
• 3 years' experience in management in health services
