You will manage the design and implementation of comprehensive employee engagement strategies, working with various business units to tailor their action plans. The Employee Engagement Specialist will also champion diversity and inclusion efforts while ensuring performance tracking and reporting of engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee corporate-wide employee engagement survey projects
• Track and report progress on action plans
• Work closely with internal Diversity and Inclusion teams
• Provide engagement tools for different work groups

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least two years of project management experience
• Three years developing change management strategies
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
