In this part time position, you will facilitate healthcare arrangements for individuals and families, ensuring they receive timely medical services. Building strong relationships with patients, you will offer guidance on community resources and provide vital support during their healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid patients through their healthcare processes
• Coordinate patient transportation and visit logistics
• Schedule medical appointments and services as needed
• Offer emotional and wellness support to families
• Facilitate communication among all healthcare stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• Experience in healthcare or community support is preferred
• Demonstrated communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License required
• Flexibility to work in various environments
