Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop team members to boost sales
• Provide hands-on support on the sales floor
• Execute daily operations including closing and merchandising
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service
• Keep store standards high for a great shopping experience

Requirements:
• Retail or leadership experience is a valuable asset
• Quick learner with a proactive enthusiasm for service
• Familiarity with Merino wool or Mons products is advantageous
• Strong capability to assist Store Manager
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
