They offer a consultative sales environment with strong technical support and long‑standing customer relationships across the region. The Opportunity As an Account Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle within a defined territory, developing existing customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics environments. You'll take a consultative approach to understanding customer operations and recommend tailored equipment and service solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process within an assigned territory, including prospecting and account development.
Identify current business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Build relationships with key decision‑makers across operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Develop and execute territory plans to maximize engagement and revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and forecasts to support pipeline activity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal service, parts, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training programs.
What We're Looking For 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a territory or account‑based role.
Experience developing new business opportunities alongside managing existing accounts.
Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
Comfortable presenting solutions to operational and leadership stakeholders.
Experience navigating competitive or established accounts is an asset.
Ability to work independently within a defined territory.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Post‑secondary education in Business or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
