Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of Asset Management and financial plans
• Drive proposal development and market expansion initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor for municipal infrastructure projects
• Steer project teams toward delivering on-budget solutions
• Facilitate community engagement and workshops
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree and P.Eng. license in Ontario
• 8-10 years of experience in asset management
• Deep knowledge of municipal asset regulations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Proven track record in business development
