In this role, you will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure productive restaurant service. Collaboration with the front and back of house teams is key, along with addressing customer needs promptly. Prepare the restaurant for a successful dining experience while leading the front of house staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist GM and AGM with daily service operations
• Coordinate between front and back of house
• Address and resolve guest complaints
• Prepare restaurant space for an exceptional experience
• Supervise and guide front of house team members

Requirements:
• Valid ProServe certification required
• Experience in bartending and serving preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Supervisory experience is highly regarded
