In this vital role, you will coordinate the delivery of health services and ensure trauma-informed practices. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Allied Health Services, you will guide staff and foster cooperative relationships within an interdisciplinary team. Your leadership will empower staff and enhance community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement trauma-informed care strategies
• Mentor and supervise health staff including students
• Ensure compliance with health documentation standards
• Collaborate on program development and quality improvement
• Lead interprofessional education initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in a regulated health profession, with supervisory experience
• Registered Nurse with relevant health care experience
• Knowledge of health regulations and ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
