Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble formwork for concrete construction
• Interpret and work from blueprints and plans
• Install and secure formwork and other components
• Finish concrete as required on projects
• Maintain tools and follow safety procedures

Requirements:
• Proven experience in carpentry, ideally 2-5 years
• Robust blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork-focused
• Journeyperson ticket or equivalent beneficial
• CSTS 2020 and Fall Protection tickets are a plus
