Harbinger Network Inc. is assisting a leading real estate company in recruiting a Property Accountant to join the property management team in Mississauga and Toronto.
You will oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties, focusing on accurate financial reporting, tenant accounting, and month-end close. You should have 3–5 years of property accounting experience, solid Yardi Voyager proficiency, and solid skills in tenant billing, CAM reconciliations,
