Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. is looking fora caring, dependable and compassionate Group Home Team Leader to join our team. The Group Home Team Leader is a hands-on leadership position supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to staff while also working directly with participants and supporting them in their home and community. The Group Home Team Leader will: Support the day-to-day operation of the Group Home
Promote participant safety, dignity, rights and choices.
Work directly with participants and assist with daily routines, activities and community involvement
Provide day-to-day leadership, direction and coaching to staff.
Ensure staff follow individual support plans, CBSP's and Agency Policies
Assist with staff scheduling and coverage




Assist with documentation and administrative responsibilities
Support participant appointments and activities
Monitor household supplies, groceries and general needs
Communicate with participants, families, coworkers and members of the support team
The regular schedule is: Monday: 9 am - 4 pm
Tuesday: 1 pm - 8:30 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 4 pm
Thursday: 1 pm - 8:30 pm
Friday: 1 pm - 8:30 pm
The successful candidate will have: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Solid communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide respectful leadership and direction to staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Clearance
Willingness to complete required Agency Training.
