Support youth development and education as a Children's Program Instructor with YWCA Hamilton. This part-time role focuses on creating stimulating environments for children, ensuring safety, and promoting equity in learning.

YWCA Hamilton is hiring a Children's Program Instructor to work 15 hours each week. This role includes planning after-school activities that support children's learning, safety, and personal growth. You'll collaborate with other staff to meet children's diverse needs and engage with families, nurturing an inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children to ensure their safety during all activities
• Develop enriching programs based on children's interests
• Communicate positively with parents and community partners
• Document children's development and daily activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms

Requirements:
• 2 years of college education in relevant fields
• 1-2 years of experience in childcare
• Relevant certifications such as First Aid
• Willingness to obtain a police check
• Commitment to YWCA's mission of equity
