Pay or shift range: $115,000 CAD to $165,000 CAD

We're looking for a General Manager at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer location, who leads by example, ensuring that the activities and operations of a hotel complex lead to optimal financial performance and a memorable experience for our guests. This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a solid synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain's culture and values.
Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
Stimulate organizational growth.
Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING




Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 165 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for anannual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
