This full-time, temporary role involves research, analysis, and synthesis of evidence to support nursing and midwifery standards. You will be expected to utilize your expertise to identify trends and inform standards support initiatives while working collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research methodologies
• Develop evidence-informed briefing materials and reports
• Lead survey processes and manage feedback effectively

Requirements:
• Master’s or nursing-related degree with additional experience
