Lead quality initiatives at Village Farms as the Manager of Quality Management Systems. Strengthen compliance and performance metrics while managing and developing a skilled QA team.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Your focus will be on GxP compliance and ensuring audit readiness. You'll engage across departments to drive improvements and enhance documentation processes relevant to both quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage change control and document approval workflows
• Ensure alignment with Cannabis Act regulations
• Develop quality metrics and KPI dashboards
• Conduct self-inspections and audits effectively
• Facilitate training compliance for staff and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of QA experience in cannabis or related fields
• Experience in leading quality systems teams
• Working knowledge of eQMS and validation principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality databases
