This current full-time role offers a chance to work with a respected charity headquartered in Ottawa, with flexible options in Toronto or Montreal. You will directly support advocacy efforts aimed at enhancing Canada’s commitments to international child welfare while collaborating closely with various government and non-government organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to promote UNICEF’s advocacy efforts
• Develop resources to influence decision-makers
• Engage in coalitions to enhance advocacy objectives




• Monitor Canadian policy related to international commitments
• Support stakeholder relationships for enhanced impact
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of government and advocacy networks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of child rights and international aid issues
• Experience in climate and child survival advocacy is desirable
