Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure integrity of P&L; and PAA processes
• Lead and manage the specialized Capital Markets team
• Implement process improvements and best practices




• Oversee end-to-end accounting support and reconciliations
• Drive adoption of AI in reporting processes

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in financial services
• CA, CPA designation or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets products
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage change and improve efficiency
