• Convey information effectively via phone and email
• Follow up to ensure resolution of issues
• Deliver reports on fleet health and service value
Requirements:
• Strong foundation in computer applications and analytics
• Familiarity with dealership service and heavy machinery
• Skill in correlating data to formulate recommendations
• Knowledge of equipment functionality and lifecycle
• Bilingualism is a plus but not mandatory
