The successful candidate should possess analytical skills and take on the responsibility of training team members while ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll standards. Your client-focused approach will be essential in solving complex payroll issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve client payroll-related issues effectively
• Configure and set up Payworks accounts for recent clients
• Develop and deliver training sessions for remote teams




• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and quality standards
• Create playbooks and resources for improved team performance

Requirements:
• Over 3 years of payroll processing experience in Canada
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner is preferred
• Familiarity with Payworks software
• Strong understanding of federal and provincial compliance
• Advanced communication skills for effective training
