Reporting directly to the Manager of Planning & Intake, you will assess recent project requests, coordinate prioritization discussions, and promote transparency via organized reporting. Your expertise in prioritization frameworks and resource management is vital for aligning initiatives with business needs, securing the successful delivery of projects across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a centralized project intake process for clarity
• Examine incoming requests for strategic impact and feasibility




• Lead intake meetings for stakeholder collaboration
• Implement scoring frameworks for objective decision-making
• Monitor project resource allocation and report on findings

Requirements:
• 2+ years in project or portfolio management
• Proven analytical and reporting expertise
• High proficiency in Power BI or comparable tools
• Understanding of financial management practices
• Familiarity with regulated financial environments
