At Alliance Medical Center, we are looking for a Family Physician to support our clinics in Healdsburg and Windsor. You will work alongside a dedicated care team to provide primary care tailored to patients of all ages. This position emphasizes adherence to quality standards and clinical goals while fostering a robust community relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality outpatient care as part of a healthcare team
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to quality initiatives
• Collaborate on clinical quality improvement projects




• Guide patients through wellness and healthcare decisions
• Train and utilize EPIC for electronic health records

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
• Active California or board-eligible medical license
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or similar primary care specialty
• Dedication to community health initiatives
• Willingness to learn the EPIC health record system
