In this role, you will leverage over three years of experience in heavy fleet maintenance, focusing on diagnosing, repairing, and testing various vehicle systems. You'll oversee inspections and ensure that all repairs meet our strict compliance standards. Your ability to maintain a safe work area while performing road calls and on-the-road repairs is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and perform complex vehicle repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections for major repair approvals
• Maintain a protected, efficient,
and clean work area
• Document repairs, parts used, and time spent
• Report unsafe conditions to the lead technician
Requirements:
• Valid 310T or 310S certification required
• At least 3 years of experience in heavy fleet environments
• Proficient with computerized diagnostic tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and management skills
