Join the UBC Faculty of Medicine as a Program Administrator, where you'll support innovative medical training programs. This role features hybrid work options and focuses on administrative coordination in Comox and Campbell River.

In this role, you'll provide critical support for the delivery of the Integrated Community Clerkship (ICC) and Postgraduate Family Practice (RFP) Programs. Key tasks include intricate scheduling, managing assessments, and producing various program materials. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with medical professionals is essential in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex scheduling for ICC and RFP programs
• Prepare program-related documents and educational resources




• Conduct learner assessments and manage teaching payments
• Recruit preceptors and maintain productive relationships
• Facilitate communication among faculty and students

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of administrative experience in a related field
• Ability to prioritize tasks with meticulous attention
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and scheduling applications
• Solid communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Willingness to work flexibly across multiple sites
