You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers. This position focuses on delivering high-performance projects while driving operational excellence. Cross-functional collaboration with Estimating and Production departments is key to meeting customer expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead custom acoustic project execution across North America
• Plan and assign project workload to team members
• Ensure compliance with internal management procedures
• Address complex project issues as escalation point
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business or relevant field
• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Experience in commercial construction is critical
• Leadership experience preferred, PMP is an asset
• Must be able to travel around 10%
