In this key role, you'll be responsible for overseeing technical support initiatives that improve both current and recent product formulations. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; teams, ensuring products transition smoothly back to manufacturing while maintaining compliance and efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor other Scientific Leaders, enhancing consistency in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend technical support for experiments
• Supervise and monitor the full-scale manufacturing process




• Prepare reports and project updates on findings
• Utilize advanced techniques for root cause analysis
• Train and manage direct reports per development plans

Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related science
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Well-versed in report writing and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
