Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the environmental services team
• Implement maintenance schedules and eco-inspections
• Engage directly with residents to gather feedback




• Ensure all safety and health regulations are met
• Enhance equipment performance and reliability

Requirements:
• 3+ years in maintenance or environmental services
• Leadership experience in a unionized environment preferred
• Solid technical knowledge of plumbing and HVAC
• Ability to manage health and safety certifications
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check required
