We are expanding into Automatic Revolving Doors and Security Entrance Systems and need an experienced skilled to lead this initiative. This role demands solid technical knowledge combined with strong leadership abilities to guide a new division in its formative stages. You will have substantial ownership of project execution and technician training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation projects from planning to execution
• Establish troubleshooting and service protocols for the division




• Conduct site surveys and review architectural specifications
• Build relationships with suppliers and customers
• Train technicians and implement safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in entrance systems
• Experience with gates, turnstiles, and access-controls
• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to mentor junior technicians
• Travel across the GTA for site visits required
