This role involves analyzing and underwriting new and existing business within the Zurich underwriting framework. Reporting to the VP of Programs, you’ll manage programs, build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders, and lead assessments of new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of Programs and MGA relationships
• Evaluate new Program opportunities for underwriting
• Develop and present business cases for strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 5 years in underwriting or market-facing roles
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with multi-line underwriting
• Familiarity with reinsurance strategies and governance
