Responsibilities:

- Advise senior management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve the project's business objectives.
- Make recommendations and provide advice for improvements, and assist in developing solutions and scenarios and implementing recommendations.
- Analyze and document business requirements and deliver work products through the life cycle.
- Consult stakeholders, individually or by facilitating group sessions, to identify comprehensive business requirements.
- Collect and analyze information and present findings on complex issues, carrying out or coordinating research as required and preparing reports.
- Support the development of project-specific Sustainment Business Case Analyses and associated decision-support products.
- Document current-state and baseline sustainment descriptions, including constraints, assumptions, and key drivers.
- Develop sustainment options analysis and trade-off assessments aligned to sustainment principles.
- Plan and document stakeholder engagement activities across all SBCA phases.
- Prepare and present findings, status, and other relevant matters.
- Prepare governance briefing notes, workshop materials, and documented outcomes.
- Produce monthly status reports and task reports to support Technical Authority oversight.

Qualifications:





- 8+ years of experience conducting business analysis in support of sustainment planning or BCA-related projects.
- Experience managing stakeholder engagement activities in at least two sustainment planning or BCA-related projects.
- Relevant professional certification.
- Education: University degree, or college or CEGEP diploma or certificate, in a relevant field of expertise.
