Are you an experienced Business Analyst seeking a dynamic opportunity?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Business Analyst – Banking, AML & Customer Journey Projects. This position involves supporting AML and estate/deceased customer portfolio projects, including process enhancements, customer journey improvements, and application-related initiatives.

Pay rate range (CAD): $65.00/hr – $70.00/hr

Responsibilities

Capture and document detailed system and business requirements

Develop comprehensive use cases and user stories

Understand and map customer journeys, processes, and system workflows

Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements

Assist other Business Analysts with detailed requirements documentation

Support waterfall and Agile projects using appropriate requirement formats

Prioritize and identify urgency independently

Provide support outside standard BA duties when necessary, while respecting role boundaries

Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams

Desired Skill-Set

Over 10 years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience

Proven ability to write detailed use cases and user stories

Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills





Knowledge of technical and system requirements

Customer journey, user interface, and online application experience

Effective communication and proactive, flexible attitude

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Nice to Have

Banking industry experience

AML/KYC regulatory project experience

Migration and data-heavy project experience

Customer profile or account opening process knowledge

Credit card application workflow understanding

Experience with online banking platforms and user interfaces
